01What we build on WordPress
Typical web applications include client and member portals with documents and messages, multi-step application or registration flows with review and approval, dashboards that summarise data for managers, booking and scheduling systems, and internal tools for operations teams. The ASEP Logistics recruitment portal and HR dashboard, the Federal Ministry of Education boot camp registration with PLANE-FCDO, and the Technext ticketing platform, which sold and scanned more than 10,000 tickets with QR check-in, are examples of our work.
02Roles, permissions and audit trails
Business applications need clear rules about who can see and change what. We design custom roles and capabilities, so applicants, reviewers, managers and administrators each get the right view. Sensitive actions are logged, so you can see who approved what and when. For US organisations this also supports privacy obligations: limiting access to personal information, answering access or deletion requests under laws such as the CCPA, and showing reviewers what controls are in place.
03Integrations with your US stack
Web applications rarely stand alone. We connect them to the tools your teams use: CRMs, accounting platforms, scheduling tools, document signing and payment providers such as Stripe, including ACH Direct Debit for invoices paid from US bank accounts. Integrations use official APIs and webhooks, with error logging and retry handling so data does not quietly go missing. Where you need data out, we expose a secure API or scheduled exports.
04Accessible interfaces for staff and the public
Internal tools are easy to forget when thinking about accessibility, but staff with disabilities use them too, and public-facing portals fall under ADA expectations. Public bodies and their contractors must meet WCAG 2.1 AA under Title II. We build forms, tables, dashboards and modals that work with a keyboard and screen readers, with clear error handling. Accessible interfaces also reduce training time, because they are more predictable.
05How a web application project runs
We start with a discovery phase that maps users, workflows, data and integrations, and identifies risks early. You receive a written specification and scope with milestones. We build in stages on staging, demonstrating working features in your morning so feedback shapes the next stage. Development projects start from $5,000, priced in US dollars, and ongoing support is available through Managed Services from $2,000 per year.
