Managed Services

Managed Services.

A WordPress platform does not stay where you left it. Managed Services is the ongoing technical work that keeps the whole platform hosted, secure, fast, and properly indexed, along with the domain and email infrastructure it depends on, without your team having to manage any of it.

Why it matters

When the platform runs part of the organisation, every one of those problems becomes an operational problem.

  • Plugins fall out of date and become attack vectors.

  • Core updates create conflicts that break functionality.

  • Performance degrades as the database grows.

  • Emails stop reaching the inbox.

Managed Services

Six managed services. Available individually or together.

Hosted, secure, fast, properly indexed, every email arriving, and the platform moving forward.

IVI PR

“What truly sets them apart is their commitment to support. Their technical responses are incredibly timely and accessible.”

The same team

No handoff to a support desk that has never seen the codebase.

The same team that built the platform stays on to maintain it. No re-explaining what was built and why. And as the organisation grows, the platform grows with it.

What continues after launch

The platform keeps performing.

  • Managed Hosting: the environment set up, monitored, and managed by the team that runs the platform
  • Platform Maintenance & Security: updates, security monitoring, performance checks, and monthly reporting
  • Performance, SEO & AI Search: if the platform needs stronger technical search performance
  • Domain & Email Infrastructure: keeping platform and team email reaching the inbox
  • Growth Retainer: new features, workflows, and integrations as the organisation develops
  • Migrations: if the hosting, domain, or CMS needs to move
Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I get just one managed service?

Yes. Managed hosting, maintenance and security, performance and technical SEO, domain and email infrastructure, and the Growth Retainer are all available on their own.

Do I need to be an existing WPFlat client?

No. We can manage any WordPress platform after an initial audit, not just ones we built. Domain and email infrastructure does not need a WPFlat platform at all.

Which should I start with?

If nobody is maintaining your platform, start with Platform Maintenance & Security. If the hosting is slow or unmanaged, start with Managed Hosting. If it is not showing up properly in search, start with Performance, SEO & AI Search. If enquiries and order emails are going missing, start with Domain & Email Infrastructure.

What is the difference between maintenance and the Growth Retainer?

Maintenance keeps the platform healthy. The Growth Retainer moves it forward with new features, workflows, and integrations each month.

Can I combine services?

Yes. Many clients take multiple managed services together.
