UI/UX Designer
Full-time Remote (Africa)
You'll shape how our clients show up on the web — from first sketch to final pixel. We're not looking for a stylist. We want someone who thinks in systems, asks the right questions early, and makes interfaces that respect the people using them.

What you'll do
- Lead UI and UX on websites, platforms, and small web apps.
- Run discovery: user journeys, content structure, IA — before any pixel moves.
- Build and maintain design systems that engineers can actually ship.
- Present and defend design decisions to clients with clarity.
- Pair with engineers throughout the build, not just at handoff.

Who you are
- 3+ years designing for web — sites, platforms, or apps.
- Fluent in Figma. Comfortable building components, tokens, and variants.
- You can hold a calm, confident aesthetic without leaning on trends.
- You can write the words too — at least enough to make a layout make sense.

Nice to have
- Brand and identity work.
- Motion and prototyping (Rive, Framer, After Effects).
- Front-end literacy — you've shipped HTML/CSS or worked closely with engineers.
