Full-stack Apps Engineer
Full-time Remote
You'll build the small custom apps that sit alongside our clients' websites — calculators, dashboards, lead tools, internal workflows. The kind of work where one well-built thing solves a real business problem. You move fast, but not careless.

What you'll do
- Design and ship full-stack web apps — frontend, backend, database, deploy.
- Use AI tooling intentionally — to move faster without losing quality.
- Talk to clients directly to scope what's actually needed.
- Maintain and evolve what you ship — we stay with our clients after launch.
- Set the technical direction for our apps practice as it grows.

Who you are
- 3+ years shipping production web apps end to end.
- Strong in TypeScript and a modern React stack (Next, Remix, TanStack, etc.).
- Comfortable with Postgres, auth, and serverless patterns.
- Pragmatic. You pick boring tools when boring is right.

Nice to have
- Built and shipped a SaaS or internal tool you can walk us through.
- Comfort with Supabase, Cloudflare, or similar edge platforms.
- Experience integrating LLMs into real product features.
