We pay a steady base salary, then a share on every project you deliver. The more projects — or the bigger the project — the more you earn. Your income isn't capped by a payslip.

Send us samples of what you've actually built. We care more about real work than polished CVs.
Hear back within 24–48 hours
We'll reply either way. If it's not a fit, we'll be honest about why — from our end or yours. No ghosting.
Paid test project
If we like your work, we give you a small, real test project with a token payment. It's not free labour — it's a fair tryout that respects your time and data.
Decision
If it's a good fit for both sides, we move forward. If not, no hard feelings. We keep it simple and human.
