The challenge was to create a user-friendly platform that would be familiar and accessible to students who were accustomed to using their PCs to access lesson files on the school’s local server. Additionally, the platform needed to facilitate the downloading of lesson notes, uploading of assignments, and viewing of teacher feedback.

Our Solution

We engineered a custom eLearning solution tailored to Alvina Schools’ specific needs. The interface was designed to mimic a PC “File Explorer,” ensuring a smooth transition for students to the virtual learning environment.

The platform enabled students to effortlessly download lesson notes in various formats (PDFs, PPTX), submit assignments, and receive timely feedback from their teachers.

The Result

The eLearning platform significantly improved student engagement and facilitated a smoother transition to online learning. Students were able to easily access materials and complete assignments, while teachers could effectively manage their virtual classrooms.
