One belief. Six years. A standard we keep raising.
WPFlat didn't start with a pitch deck. It started with a real problem worth solving — and a stubborn commitment to solving it properly.
How we got here.
- 2019
The founding insight.
Custom websites in Africa were expensive to build and even harder to maintain. WordPress had quietly matured into something powerful enough to replace bespoke builds — for a fraction of the cost. That was the spark.
- 2020
First serious platforms.
We moved beyond brochure sites into membership platforms, eLearning, and full corporate systems. The brief was always the same — do it well, and stay long enough to make it work in the real world.
- 2021
Email, migrations, infrastructure.
Clients kept asking for the things around the website — domains, email, migrations, backups. We added them because they needed them, not because they fit a deck.
- 2023
Across borders.
Work started arriving from the UK and the USA. Not from a sales push — from the quality of the work doing its own talking.
- 2024
AI-built web apps.
AI tooling let us deliver small, focused custom applications quickly and affordably. A new service, born the same way every other one was — a client needed it.
- 2026
One standard. Good work.
Six years in. Same belief. Same standard. A small team of specialists shipping web solutions businesses actually depend on.
